Our story
The Cellulose and Paper Plant was created in 1972, and the activity started with the commissioning of a paper machine.
In 2012 the C.C.H. plant changed its shareholding and started a wide process of upgrading the technologies used, increasing the production capacity to 80,000 tonnes per year and substantially improving the quality of the produced paper.

We produce paper with superior technical characteristics, designed to make cardboard packaging for assemblies, subassemblies and car components.

Paper is used in food and beverage packaging solutions – in a wide variety of assortments, both fresh and frozen.
Pharmaceutical and chemical industry
We offer paper for the production of cardboard packaging that guarantees the protection of high moisture content, oily, temperature-sensitive products.

ABOUT US
In Romanian media
Success stories reappear in the Romanian industry. In Drobeta Turnu Severin, the old cellulose factory was reopened, after 8 years of pause.
“The old installations were discarded and more efficient ones were acquired from Romania, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Our plan is to have an annual production of around 90,000 tons of paper."
There is only one company in Mehedinți county in the top Forbes 500 of the most powerful Romanian companies, edition 2018.This is the Cellulose and Paper Plant, controlled by Isvoranu Constantin, who ranks 95th in the Forbes Top 500.
